The National Service Secretariat has released postings for Ghana’s 2023/2024 NSS Postings. Whether you have secured one of the best places to do your NSS at or otherwise, now is your chance to check.
Firstly, go to https://portal.nss.gov.gh/sign-in. This portal is your gateway to various services, including registration, allowance tracking, and posting information. If you’ve already registered, proceed to the ‘Deployment’ section and continue with the next step.
Step 2: Input Your NSS Number
Your NSS Number is a 12-digit identification code that starts with ‘NSS’. This number is issued annually to all graduates by the National Service Scheme. Use this number to identify yourself and facilitate various processes during your service period.
Step 3: Hit the ‘Submit’ Button
After entering your NSS Number, click the ‘Submit’ button. You’ll be directed to your posting details. Note that the terms ‘NSS Number’ and ‘NSS PIN’ are interchangeable and can be used accordingly. Step 4: View Your Posting Letter

Step 5: Print Your Posting Documents
Although many prefer online submissions, you’re still required to print and submit these documents to the Regional Director in your posting area. Make two copies of each document: one for the regional office and another for the institution you’ll be serving.
