Why is the Status of My Selection/Placement Pending?

Currently, verification is ongoing for most of the applicants to Feed Ghana and Heal Ghana modules, and all other applicants with a verification status of “pending”.Kindly note that, documents and information on some applicants are still being verified, hence they have a status of verification pending. Those applicants will be notified when they are finally verified to proceed to the selection process. A sample of that message reads:

Dear Applicant with ref # NABCOVRREG54321, your verification status has changed from PENDING to VERIFIED. Please visit https://apply.nabco.gov.gh and check your placement status.

You will be notified to proceed to complete the selection process, in the event that you are successfully verified.

Why do I have “NO SHOW” as Interview Status?

If yes to both questions, kindly provide your Full nameNABCO Numberdistrict you attended the interviewdate and session by clicking and completing a form at https://goo.gl/forms/1DgSLbAgQJjPh2u82 for further investigation.

Currently, some districts interview attendance data are being verified for some modules. Affected applicants would be notified of a status change from “No Show” to “Completed”.

I have been selected, what next?

To complete the selection process, you are to print, sign, scan and upload all pages of the letter of engagement at https://apply.nabco.gov.gh to confirm your acceptance. If you fail to do so by 5pm Friday August 31, 2018, you will automatically miss your NABCO placement to someone on the waiting list.

Am I supposed to scan and upload all pages of the signed conditional letter of engagement?

Yes

Where Do I submit the signed copy of the Conditional Letter of Engagement?

Kindly note that, after printing and signing the conditional letter of Engagement, you are to scan and upload it at https://apply.nabco.gov.gh using your login credentials to complete the acceptance process. Failure to do so by 5 pm Friday, August 31, 2018, will automatically miss your placement.

Kindly note that you are not at any point expected to submit the signed copy to the district offices or any office.

I have been selected. However, I would like to know where I will be posted to?

Posting to a Module Implementation Partner (MIP) will be communicated to you during the district orientation for selected NABCO Trainees. The orientation is scheduled for September 10 – 19, 2018.

I Have Not Received SMS Alert to Check the Status of the Placement. What Should I do?

You do not need to receive SMS alert to check the status of application or placement.

Login at https://apply.nabco.gov.gh with your NABCO number and password to check your status.
