I have tried quite a few 4G MiFi and I can tell which is better and which is so complicated. There are so many of them out there even though none of them is bad, some are just a bit complicated to operate while others are very easy to use.
First of all; before I start listing my findings, I would like to explain what MiFi is because I have seen people on many occasions googling stuff like “4G router with a sim slot“. There is absolutely nothing wrong googling that but the better you know what you are searching for, the more relevant results you will get.
A router is a network hardware that distribute packets between computers using wireless or cabled connection. If you are using a cabled internet, you can use a wireless router to turn the cabled network into a wireless network.
A MiFi also known as modem Wi-Fi is a modem that has a wireless hotspot connection. You can connect it to your computer through a USB cable or you can connect it wireless to any other devices. Most MiFi have slots for only 10 simultaneous users.

Huawei E5577s-321 Universal 4G Mifi with
This is an awesome MiFi that supports up to 2600MHz 4G LTE frequencies and has a 3000mAh battery. The battery can last for 12 hours.

Busy 3G/4G MiFi
This is another great MiFi for personal use. It has 3000mAh battery that can last for 12 hours.
This particular mifi has no screen except few light indicators so you will have to read the manual very well to know what each light stands for before you start using this device.
It also has a dashboard you can open in the browser which indicates everything that would have been shown on a screen should it get one.
Speed Wi-Fi Next Series
This particular MiFi, I have not seen a lot of it in Ghana yet but I do use one. It is an awesome MiFi with a touch screen. You can use this screen to do any setting that you want on the device.
This is the only 5G MiFi I have seen so far. It has all the manual you need to use it installed in it.
There are different types of Speed Wi-Fi Next and mine is W01 which is one of the oldest versions.
All the devices I listed above are some of the devices I used that worked really well for me and I recommend them. That doesn’t mean there are no better 4G devices than the three listed above.
There are more and more MIFI devices that can do better than the ones listed above but since I have not tried them all, I can’t say anything about them.
