How to Join the US Military from Ghana
The US Military has six branches the Army, Navy, Air Force, Coast Guard, Marine Corps, and Space Force. You have the opportunity to join any of these services if you qualify for it, and the benefits of doing so are numerous.

Basic Requirement

ASVAB Test
This means that you cannot apply to enlist in the military from Ghana or while staying in Ghana. You will need to be currently living in the US to be able to do so. You also need to meet a few educational and testing requirements before enlisting.
First, you must take the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery (ASVAB) test. This test has ten subsets;
Your scores on four of those make up your Armed Forces Qualification Test (AFQT) score. This score determines which branch(es) you may join, and each department has its own lowest score for joining.

You must have a high school diploma or a GED to enlist.

Health and Fitness Test
Finally, you will need to meet some health and fitness requirements for enlisting. You must pass a military entrance medical examination, including a physical exam, hearing test, vision test, and height and weight measurements.
