- Wash and add to a cooking pot. Sprinkle 1 teaspoon of salt over the fish and toss it so that it coat all around. Leave it to marinate for 5 minutes.
- Blend ginger, garlic and onion using a moderate amount of water until smooth. Pour over fish.
