Ingredients
- 2 pack of indomie
- 2 glasses of water
- Cooking oil
- Powdered pepper
- Onion medium size
- Chicken
- Eggs
- Sausage
- Green beans
- Cabbage
- Carrot
How to prepare
- Peel your onions, wash and chop them together with the carrot, green beans and cabbage and set them aside.
- If you are using chicken, wash them, steam and fry them. If its egg, boil them and put them aside. You can also use both.
- Cut your sausage into small rounded size and put them aside.
- Now, pour 2 glasses of water into a clean cooking pot and leave it to boil on a fire.
- Open your noodles and open up the spices found on the noodles. Add them to the boiling water, including your cabbage, green beans, and carrot and allow it to boil for some few minutes.
- Now add your noodles and distribute the noodles evenly inside the pot. Let your indomie continue to boil for about 5 minutes whiles you stir it occasionally.
- After 5 minutes, off the fire under the pot and drain the water around the indomie using a water sieve.
- Put a frying pan on fire and pour a little amount of cooking oil into it. Allow the pan to heat and fry your sausage.
- After you are done frying your sausage, add another oil and pour your sieved indomie into the frying pan which contains your sausage and allow it to fry whiles you stir it continuously.
- Break the eggs into a bowl and whisk it till it becomes uniform and pour it on the indomie and stir it continuously till it mixes together for about 5 minutes.
- After 5 minutes, stop stirring and allow it to fry whiles covered for a minute.
- Your tasty indomie is ready to be served.
