How to make Sobolo

  5. Add the cloves, nutmeg, ginger, cinnamon, allspice, and black pepper to the pot.
  6. Place the pot on the stove and bring it to a boil.
  7. Reduce the heat and simmer for about 20 minutes.
  8. Remove the pot from the heat and add the lime juice.
  9. Let the sobolo cool and then serve in glasses.
